Listing agent Ellen Lewis of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty said the home sits in the conservation district, and all updates were made to ensure that the home stays consistent with its original design. “They made it much more of a functional floor plan,” Lewis said of recent updates that include adjustments in the primary suite and main living areas.
