Pharrell Williams Re-Lists Modern Hazy Belzberg-Designed Home for $10 Million

Despite pulling it from the market earlier this year, Pharrell Williams is still looking to let go of his one of a kind Hollywood Hills home, and he’s just put it back on the market for $9.995 million. The Grammy-winning musician first listed the impressive property in May of 2020 for $11.95 million, then brought the price down to $9.995 million before taking it off the market entirely this summer, Dirt reports.

The Hazy Belzberg-designed 6,100 square feet estate has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in the main house, plus a separate one bedroom, one bathroom guest house that features a full kitchen. There’s a considerable amount of outdoor space for a hilltop home, with numerous patios throughout, a 70 foot infinity pool, a skate park (fitting for an artist who calls himself “Skateboard P”), and an outdoor movie theater. The primary suite is especially luxurious, with a fireplace, 10 foot video wall, and wood panelling in the bedroom, plus a gorgeous green onyx tiled bathroom with a freestanding tub and oversized shower, and a unique dressing room with book-matched wooden closets. Located in the Hollywood Hills above Laurel Canyon, the estate takes full advantage of its location, with 360-degree views of the city, mountains, and canyons.

It was built in 2007, and the “Happy” singer purchased the home not long after, paying $7.14 million for it in 2015. Though he clearly has great taste in homes, the singer hasn’t had the best luck with real estate—last year he sold his unique glass Beverly Hills home for $14 million, a loss from the $15.6 million he paid movie mogul Tyler Perry for the property two years prior.
